iFood is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their Corporate FP&A team. This team plays an active role in the Group's Budget, goal setting, efficiency management, valuation, and supporting strategic deals, offering a unique perspective of the iFood ecosystem.

The role involves high exposure to the investor Prosus, other companies within the Ecosystem, and frequent interactions with the Group CFO, CFOs of Business Units, and key executives. The company offers a hybrid work model in Osasco.

Role Involves:

  • Conducting financial and budgetary planning for the iFood group companies.
  • Strategic ecosystem vision, valuation, and strategic deals.
  • High exposure with investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Developing and analyzing valuation via DCF and market multiples.
  • Analyzing indirect Free Cash Flow and its impact on the company's financial results.
  • Direct leadership of 2 coordinators and 1 specialist (within one year).
  • Preparing to assume the position of Head of the area.
  • Interfacing with various areas of iFood, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Developing financial storytelling for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (will be tested in interview).
  • Relevant experience in corporate finance, with mandatory experience in indirect FCF.
  • Solid experience in conducting budgetary processes in complex companies.
  • Technical knowledge of valuation via DCF and market multiples.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • History of protagonism, influence, and good relationships between financial and non-financial areas.
  • Comfort working in volatile and dynamic environments.
  • Ability to optimize processes without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Storytelling ability to present financial analyses in a clear and convincing manner.
