iFood is looking for a Treasury Manager to lead the treasury operation with analytical and collaborative vision, impacting the company's results. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the cash management strategy, controlling cash flow, managing financial risks, and maintaining relationships with banks. He will lead and develop the Treasury team, promote a culture of continuous learning, performance and collaboration. He will implement improvements in internal processes to increase efficiency, reduce risks and operational costs.

Role Involves:

• Planning and executing cash management strategy
• Controlling, projecting, and reporting company cash flow
• Managing financial risks
• Maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Leading and developing the Treasury team
• Implementing process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related areas
• Solid experience in Corporate Treasury, including cash flow management, foreign exchange, investments, and banking relationships
• Proficiency in financial tools, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience with financial planning, KPI analysis, and structuring projections
• Experience in team leadership and talent development
• Analytical, proactive profile with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Fluent English
