iFood is seeking a Performance & Management Specialist. The role requires someone dynamic, proactive, and impartial with excellent communication skills. The specialist will navigate different hierarchical levels, mediate conflicts, and ensure efficient internal processes.

Role Involves:

  • Managing complex contexts and facilitating communication.
  • Building and applying a Management Model, processes, tools, and methods.
  • Implementing and monitoring objectives and indicators (OKRs).
  • Using Google Suite and other management tools.
  • Developing and implementing continuous process improvement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Management, Strategic Construction, or Process Improvement.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Experience with OKRs and other goal management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Availability to travel when necessary.
  • Advanced English and beginner/advanced Spanish.
