iFood is seeking an Especialista de Gestão & Performance to join their team. This role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the Osasco-SP office once a week on Tuesdays. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, proactive, and impartial, with excellent communication skills and a holistic, in-depth approach.This person will navigate seamlessly across different hierarchical levels, mediate conflicts, and ensure fluid and efficient internal processes.
What this role involves: - Intermediating conflicts and facilitating communication between different areas and hierarchical levels of the company.
- Building and applying the Management Model, its processes, tools, and methods (Strategic Planning, Tactical Plan, Results Management).
- Implementing and monitoring objectives and indicators (OKRs) to evaluate and continuously improve operational processes.
- Using the Google package and other management tools to plan, execute, and monitor projects and areas.
- Developing and implementing continuous process improvement strategies.
Requirements: - Proven experience in Management, Strategic Construction, or Process Improvement.
- Proficiency in basic Google package tools.
- Experience with OKRs and other goal management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced English.
