watchTowr is seeking a Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and guide the SDR function. The company is a VC-backed cybersecurity startup focused on helping organizations discover vulnerabilities in their Internet-facing attack surface.

The Lead SDR will be responsible for building, managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of SDRs. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, improving outreach strategies, qualifying leads, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality opportunities for the sales team. This is a remote working role, based in the UK.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a team of SDRs or BDRs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze SDR performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong understanding of sales development strategies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry.
