Information Security Engineer

watchTowr, a cybersecurity startup, is seeking an ambitious Information Security Engineer to join their Platforms team and focus on the internal security programme. This is a hybrid/remote role based in the UK.

The role involves:

• Designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructures.
• Overseeing endpoint security solutions.
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and managing remediation.
• Deploying security measures to meet compliance.
• Evaluating and enhancing security awareness through assessments and training.

watchTowr is looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Security.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint protection solutions.
• Proficiency in vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with security controls aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
• Skills in automating security tasks.
• Experience in developing and conducting security awareness programs.
