Job Description
The Quality Group is seeking a SalesTech Performance Manager to join their Commercial Team. This role involves data-driven management and optimization of the field service, ensuring effective implementation at the point of sale. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service and the German retail sector, with a passion for advancing the ESN & More Nutrition brands.
Role Involves:
- Acting as the central point of contact between the field service and the Sales Tech Team.
- Managing the collection and analysis of field service visits in Salesforce.
- Optimizing route planning for the field service to maximize efficiency.
- Creating and managing dashboards and reports to derive actionable insights.
- Managing the Image Recognition Software to monitor distribution and POS materials.
Requirements:
- Experience in field service and familiarity with German retail structures.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to derive data-driven insights.
- Tech-savviness and interest in working with IT systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills and service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in German and English.
