Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager to join its team and play a crucial role in building relationships with social media influencers, developing creative campaigns, and driving engagement with the target audience.He/She will work closely with content creators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign performance to optimize future strategies.Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers.
• Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics.
• Organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
• Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Fluency in English and Finnish
