Key User (gn)

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Key User to join their team at the new logistics location in Elsdorf. The Key User will be responsible for actively shaping the warehouse management system.He/she will play a crucial role in managing user accounts, optimizing warehouse structures, and conducting inventory controls. The candidate will proactively support operational colleagues, identify and resolve errors, and administer warehouse-related applications.Responsibilities:

• Managing user accounts and permissions
• Optimizing warehouse structures and product data
• Conducting inventory controls and creating reports
• Supporting colleagues and providing user training
• Administering and configuring warehouse applications
• Analyzing and optimizing work processes

Requirements:

• High IT affinity and experience with warehouse management systems
• Ideally, a commercial or IT-related qualification
• Team-oriented and hands-on approach
• Proficiency in German and English
