Leitstandmitarbeiter (gn)

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Leitstandmitarbeiter to contribute their IT affinity and logistical know-how in an exciting company. This role is based at their new logistics location in Elsdorf, Germany. This is a chance to be involved from the start and actively help shape the company's warehouse management system.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating user accounts and permissions.
• Managing master data.
• Overseeing the warehouse management system.
• Optimizing warehouse spaces and structures.
• Adjusting product data within the system.
• Conducting regular inventory checks and correcting stock levels.
• Supporting inventory processes and creating reports.
• Proactively supporting operational colleagues, identifying and resolving errors.
• Conducting user training for the warehouse management system.
• Administering and configuring warehouse-related applications.
• Testing system adjustments and maintaining system documentation.
• Analyzing and optimizing work and process flows within the warehouse management system.
• Actively participating in designing new processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong IT affinity and experience with warehouse management systems within a logistics environment.
• Ideally, a completed commercial training, an IT-related qualification, or a relevant degree.
• Team-oriented work ethic.
• Proficiency in German and English.
