Warehouse System Specialist (gn)

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Warehouse System Specialist to join their team at the brand-new logistics location in Elsdorf. The specialist will play a crucial role in actively shaping the warehouse management system from the ground up. This role involves a blend of IT affinity and logistical expertise.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating user accounts and managing permissions.
• Managing master data and overseeing the warehouse management system.
• Optimizing and managing storage locations and structures.
• Adjusting product data within the system.
• Conducting regular inventory checks and correcting stock levels.
• Supporting inventory processes and generating reports.
• Proactively supporting colleagues, identifying and resolving errors.
• Conducting user training for the warehouse management system.
• Administering and configuring warehouse-related applications.
• Testing system adjustments and maintaining system documentation.
• Analyzing and optimizing work and process flows within the warehouse management system.
• Actively participating in the design of new processes.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• High IT affinity and several years of experience with warehouse management systems in a logistics environment.
• Ideally, a completed commercial training, an IT-related qualification, or a relevant degree.
• Team-oriented work ethic and a hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in German and English.
