Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

Fluxon is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive end-to-end product delivery. The role is based in Gurgaon, India, and is fully remote. The Staff Software Engineer will partner with clients, define product requirements, and support a healthy engineering culture.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding project delivery to the user
• Partnering with clients to understand their needs and achieve business goals
• Defining product requirements and planning development
• Supporting the development of a healthy and effective engineering culture

• Languages: TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, .Net, Python, Golang, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, Swift
• Frameworks: Next.js, React, Angular, Spring, Expo, FastAPI, Django, SwiftUI
• Cloud Service Providers: Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure
• Cloud Services: Compute Engine, AWS Amplify, Fargate, Cloud Run Apache Kafka, SQS, GCP CMS S3, GCS
• Technologies: AI/ML, LLMs, Crypto, SPA, Mobile apps, Architecture redesign Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude, Huggingface
• Databases: Firestore(Firebase), PostgreSQL, MariaDB, BigQuery, Supabase Redis, Memcache

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development
• Experience leading development through the full product lifecycle
• Fluent in the design and implementation of scalable system architectures
