Job Description
Verkada is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This role focuses on driving new business within the mid-market territory. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and will act as a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and closing new business to meet sales quotas
- Building understanding of Verkada products
- Managing the full sales cycle
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management
- Exceeding goals through outbound calls, emails, demos, and trials
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners
- Working with Channel Partners & Technical Support
- Providing market feedback to the product/engineering team
Requirements include:
- At least 2+ years of sales experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Tenacity and self-motivation
