Laborant (gn) - Bars

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a motivated Laborant (gn) - Bars to join the Product Development Team at ESN & More Nutrition in Hamburg. This role is integral to the development of functional nutrition and supplements, specifically within the bar and snacking sector for the More Nutrition brand. The Laborant will be responsible for weighing ingredients according to recipes and documenting experiments.

Role Involves:

• Weighing and preparing bar recipes.
• Documenting experiments.
• Maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Ensuring lab cleanliness and order.
• Organizing and documenting product tastings.
• Adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as CTA, PTA, cook, baker, confectioner, or similar.
• Ideally, initial practical experience in the field.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Motivated, reliable, and structured work approach.
• Basic computer skills.
• High awareness of lab and work safety.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
