Job Description

The Quality Group is seeking a motivated Laborant (gn) to join its Product Development Team, specifically supporting the ESN & More Nutrition brands. This role is based in Hamburg Altona and is a permanent position with 25-30 hours per week.

The Laborant will be responsible for weighing recipes and documenting experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness, organizing product tastings, and adhering to safety regulations.

Role Involves:

• Weighing recipes accurately.
• Documenting experiments meticulously.
• Maintaining and managing laboratory equipment.
• Ensuring the lab is clean and orderly.
• Organizing and documenting product tastings.
• Adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as CTA, PTA, cook, baker, confectioner, or similar.
• Ideally, initial practical experience in the field.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Motivated, reliable, and enjoys structured work.
• Basic computer skills.
• High awareness of lab and work safety.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
