Product Developer (gn) Bars at The Quality Group GmbH

The Quality Group (TQG) is looking for a Product Developer (gn) Bars to join their Product Development Team. TQG is the leading German company for sports nutrition, supplements, and sugar-reduced products with an annual turnover of over 500 million euros. The Product Developer will primarily develop the bar products for the TQG brand More Nutrition.

The role involves:

• Creating, producing, and documenting recipes
• Conducting and interpreting storage test data
• Improving existing recipes
• Searching for new raw materials and supporting the Procurement Team
• Communicating with other departments and suppliers
• Testing products and striving for continuous improvement
• Organizing and documenting product tastings

The requirements are:

• A degree in nutritional science, ecotrophology, food chemistry, food technology, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, experience in product development (experience in food supplements, sugar-free, protein-enriched foods, or bars is a plus)
• Basic IT skills
• Independent, careful, and well-structured working style
• Awareness of laboratory and work safety
• Motivation, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Creativity and a hands-on mentality
