Senior Technical Project Manager at LastPass

LastPass is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee projects related to Privacy Operations and Safety & Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a solid understanding of privacy, safety, and security concerns.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will report to LastPass team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Privacy Operations, Safety & Trust, Engineering, Security and Compliance, Product, and UX teams, as well as Executive Leadership.

What this role involves:

• Developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Collaborating with Privacy Operations and Safety & Trust teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring project compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Maintaining open and transparent communication with all stakeholders, team members, executives, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Cross-functional project management experience, ideally in a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Monday.com & Jira).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of industry best practices in project management and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
