This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency in commission calculations. The Commissions team supports the sales teams by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely issuance of competitive variable compensation plans.
The Sales Commissions Analyst will collaborate with sales, sales operations, sales enablement, accounting, finance, and human resources teams.
Role Involves:
- Monthly data reconciliation
- Monthly and quarterly variable compensation calculation processing
- Compensation plan rollouts
- Implementing process efficiencies
