Senior Security Operations Analyst at LastPass

LastPass is seeking a Senior Security Operations Analyst to join their Detection, Automation, Engineering & Response Team (DA3RT). The successful candidate will take ownership of, investigate, and drive high-profile security cases to resolution. The role involves mentoring associate analysts, collaborating with various teams across the business, and contributing to the global incident response team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as the key escalation point for associate analysts
• Developing, refining, and operationalizing evaluation criteria for resolving security investigations
• Monitoring security investigations, conducting analysis, and implementing remedial actions
• Collaborating with SecOps management to set case priorities
• Ensuring the resolution of all security cases and adherence to service-level agreements
• Creating and maintaining programmatic dashboards and visualizations
• Contributing to the global incident response team
• Participating in an off-hours on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Experience in Security Operations as a Tier 2+ escalation point
• Knowledge of security-related technologies, including cloud service providers (AWS preferred)
• Proficiency in network/traffic analysis, endpoint analysis, and CSP investigations
• Expert-level understanding of incident reporting
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize, with proven mentorship and leadership skills
