Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Odeko

Odeko is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform challenges into user-centric applications, enhancing supply chain management and mobile ordering systems. The candidate will optimize platforms for peak performance, mentor junior engineers and lead. This is a remote-first role based in the UK and Northern Ireland. Responsibilities include:

• Developing, optimizing and scaling production applications
• Prototyping new ideas and iterating rapidly
• Collaborating with product, design, marketing, and operations teams
• Serving as a technical resource and providing engineering mentorship
• Designing and implementing systems that enhance scalability, maintainability and overall performance
• Driving continuous improvement and taking ownership of the full development lifecycle

The requirements are:

• 6-9 years of software engineering experience
• Expertise in Ruby/Rails, Typescript/Javascript, React Native/Web, AWS, CI/CD, and distributed application architecture
• Experience working in a high-growth environment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Background in technology startups
