Job Description
Veeam is seeking a Customer Renewals Sales Representative to manage maintenance contract renewals for customers in an assigned territory. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and retention while identifying upselling opportunities. The representative will engage with customers and Veeam’s channel partners to ensure a seamless renewal experience.Role involves:
  • Achieving territory renewal and expansion quota.
  • Monitoring expiring agreements and providing timely proposals.
  • Handling customer and partner inquiries.
  • Collaborating with Sales and other teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Prioritizing workload to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably B2B.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
