Veeam, the leading data protection and ransomware recovery provider, is seeking a Customer Renewals Sales Representative to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. This role is crucial for managing Veeam's Velocity segment, focusing on territory renewal and expansion, and exceeding quotas. The representative will ensure timely renewals, customer retention, and satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and up-selling. This position requires collaboration with sales and other teams to drive renewals, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing territory renewal and expansion goals.
  • Ensuring timely renewals, customer retention, and satisfaction.
  • Responding to inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and up-selling.
  • Cold-calling lapsed customers for reactivation.
  • Collaborating with sales and other teams to drive customer retention.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Advanced level of English and German.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Superb customer service and excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce.com is desirable.
