Job Description
Veeam, the global market leader in data resilience, is seeking a Customer Success Architect to manage its largest, most strategic Veeam Vault customers. This role, based in Bucharest, Romania, focuses on ensuring product adoption, customer retention, and assisting with contract renewals. The Customer Success Architect will build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Overachieve high customer satisfaction objectives.
- Build strong working and strategic relationships with clients.
- Perform monthly success planning activities.
- Demonstrate product features and educate customers.
- Understand customer stakeholders and align business goals to product capabilities.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales engineering, and product management.
- Communicate and sell product capabilities and benefits.
- Effectively create value for customers to ensure seamless renewals.
- Maintain accurate records in SalesForce.com.
- Manage customer inquiries through Veeam portals.
- Prioritize workload to meet KPIs and objectives.
- Help host training and Q&A sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of overachievement in customer satisfaction.
- Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with protocols such as S3, TCP, UDP, SSL etc.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud object storage services and policies.
- Understanding of AWS VPC configuration.
- Understanding of Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions in Cloud.
- Experience with migration patterns from on-premises to Cloud.
- Industry-based experience in storage technologies.
- Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data.
- 6+ years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting or customer success.
- High level of business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects.
