Veeam, the leading data protection and ransomware recovery provider, is seeking a Customer Technical Onboarding Engineer. This role helps customers achieve radical resilience through data security, data recovery, and data freedom for their hybrid cloud.

The Customer Success Technical Onboarding Manager will engage with select customers during the early stages of their Veeam engagement, guiding them towards long-term success. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, articulate, organized, and possess a strong technical understanding of Veeam products.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with customers through the onboarding phase.
  • Serves as an advisor for Veeam products, resources, and training.
  • Resolves challenges impacting Time to Value.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Ensures alignment with customer business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Technical understanding of Veeam technologies.
  • Experience developing relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • General understanding of infrastructure that works with Veeam (Servers/Storage/Networking/etc.)
  • Experience working with monitoring tools and frameworks
  • Experience in data life-cycle management with IT audit requirements
  • Experience with virtualization technologies
  • VMCE and VMCA certification.
