Veeam is seeking a Customer Technical Onboarding Engineer to engage with customers during the early stages of their Veeam engagement. This role focuses on ensuring customer success and fast time to value from their Veeam investment. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, articulate, and possess a solid technical understanding of Veeam products.
Role involves:
Working with customers through the onboarding phase.
Serving as a knowledgeable advisor for Veeam products and resources.
Assisting with technical and non-technical topics related to onboarding.
Advocating internally to resolve challenges impacting customer experience.
Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and other teams.
Ensuring alignment of Veeam activities with customer objectives.
Requirements:
6+ years of relevant industry experience.
Technical understanding across Veeam technologies.
Adept at developing relationships with customers and internal teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
General understanding of infrastructure that works with Veeam.
Experience with monitoring tools and data lifecycle management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customers.
VMCE and VMCA certification (can be completed after joining).
