Veeam, the global leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, seeks a Customer Success Representative to manage territory renewal and expansion goals. This role focuses on exceeding quotas by ensuring timely renewals, customer retention, and satisfaction. The Customer Success Representative will remove obstacles, proactively manage expiring agreements, and respond to inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and up-selling.
The position requires close collaboration with sales and other teams to drive customer retention and prepare proposals. Accurate record-keeping in Salesforce, handling inbound renewal inquiries, and pursuing maintenance reinstatement opportunities are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will meet KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting Veeam’s channel partners to close renewals successfully.
