Veeam, the leading provider of data protection and ransomware recovery solutions, seeks a Customer Success Representative. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Customer Success Representative will focus on exceeding quotas related to territory renewal and expansion. The role involves managing an annual pipeline, conducting customer assessments, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving quota for territory renewal and expansion.
  • Managing the annual pipeline.
  • Conducting customer experience assessments.
  • Reactivating lapsed support.
  • Working cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales.
  • Assisting customers with licensing and support tickets.
  • Supporting channel partners in renewals
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce.com.
