Job Description

Veeam, a leader in data resilience, is seeking a Customer Success Representative for Velocity accounts. This role focuses on customer retention and revenue growth through renewals and upselling. The Customer Success Representative will manage customer maintenance contracts, provide quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving quota related to territory renewal and expansion goals.
  • Managing and growing contracts within the assigned territory.
  • Removing obstacles to renewal and ensuring customer retention.
  • Providing timely proposals and quotes.
  • Handling customer and partner inquiries.
  • Identifying and pursuing maintenance reinstatement opportunities.
  • Recording activities in Salesforce.
  • Managing inbound renewal inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced English and Italian language skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry.
