Veeam, the leading data protection and ransomware recovery provider, is seeking a Customer Success Strategic Representative in Tokyo, Japan. The position is responsible for achieving quota related to territory renewal and expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
- Managing annual pipeline and contacting customers before support expiration.
- Understanding stakeholder needs and working cross-functionally with various departments.
- Cold calling customers with lapsed support to reactivate it.
- Communicating and selling complex offers.
- Forecasting and business analysis.
- Assisting customers with licensing transfers and support ticket assistance.
- Ensuring support to Veeam's channel partners.
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
- Managing inbound renewal inquiries and prioritizing workload.
- Focusing on customer retention and maximizing revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs.
- Ability to handle complex customer requests and escalations.
- Good communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience analyzing data and proficiency with Salesforce.
