Veeam, the leading data protection and ransomware recovery provider, is seeking a Customer Success Strategic Representative in Tokyo, Japan. The position is responsible for achieving quota related to territory renewal and expansion goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing annual pipeline and contacting customers before support expiration.
  • Understanding stakeholder needs and working cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Cold calling customers with lapsed support to reactivate it.
  • Communicating and selling complex offers.
  • Forecasting and business analysis.
  • Assisting customers with licensing transfers and support ticket assistance.
  • Ensuring support to Veeam's channel partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Managing inbound renewal inquiries and prioritizing workload.
  • Focusing on customer retention and maximizing revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs.
  • Ability to handle complex customer requests and escalations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience analyzing data and proficiency with Salesforce.
