Job Description
Veeam, the global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Renewals & Customer Success Velocity Representative to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. This role focuses on customer retention and driving revenue through the renewal of customer maintenance contracts. The Customer Success Representative will work with velocity accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and add-on sales.Responsibilities:
  • Achieving quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals.
  • Managing and growing contracts within the assigned territory.
  • Removing obstacles to renewal and ensuring customer retention.
  • Providing timely proposals and quotes.
  • Handling customer and partner inquiries.
  • Cold calling customers with lapsed support.
  • Collaborating with sales and other teams.
  • Identifying and pursuing maintenance reinstatement opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Managing inbound renewal inquiries.
  • Prioritizing workload to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced English and Hebrew language skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience compiling, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry.
