Job Description
Veeam, the global market leader in data resilience, is seeking a Virtualization Backup Engineer with Italian language skills to join their Technical Customer Support team. This role involves providing technical assistance to IT professionals, troubleshooting technical issues related to Veeam Backup and Replication (VBR) and related 3rd party components.
The engineer will take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, documenting all interactions accurately. They will also educate customers by explaining how processes and interactions work.

Role Involves:
- Performing troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation
- Acting as a technical focal point in relationships to fellow IT Professionals
- Taking ownership of the customer problem or issue from the beginning of a support case through resolution
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and within SLA in our CRM tool
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian & English (reading/writing/speaking)
- Advanced user or administrative level with Windows OS 2008(r2)/2012(r2)/2016
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP and networking configuration/troubleshooting
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information
- Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
