Manager, Sales Development at Veeam Software

Veeam, the global leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives in San Jose, Costa Rica. This role will be responsible for overseeing pipeline generation, operations, and growth strategies for new and existing Veeam Software customers. The Manager will play a key role in Veeam's growth and the promotion of innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of 5-14 Sales Development Representatives, driving pipeline generation.
• Trains and develops Sales Development Representatives.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales teams.
• Analyzes data and metrics to improve team performance.
• Manages team performance against quotas.
• Monitors daily sales activities and CRM usage (Salesforce.com)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with CRM Software (Salesforce preferred).
• Proven track record of driving high volume, transactional sales.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
