Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in San Jose, Costa Rica. This role focuses on Portuguese-speaking markets and involves generating new demand for Veeam's channel and sales organization. The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new demand through outbound calling.
- Engage with potential clients via various communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Track and manage account information in Salesforce.
- Meet monthly KPIs related to lead conversion and meeting setup.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements:
- B2 Level English & Fluent Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone)
