Enterprise Senior Systems Engineer at Veeam Software

Veeam, a leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking an Enterprise Senior Systems Engineer. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, providing technical expertise to customers, partners, and internal teams. The Senior Systems Engineer will present Veeam's solutions, translate business objectives into technical requirements, and conduct remote configuration reviews. This position requires managing accounts at a technical level, supporting sales cycles, and providing customer feedback to Product Management.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer presentations and demonstrations.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Conduct remote configuration reviews.
• Provide technical expertise on data protection.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Support and Licensing).
• Collaborate with Product Management.
• Manage accounts at a technical level.
• Support technical sales cycles.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in solution sales, technical presales, or technical support.
• Bilingual English.
• Expertise in data protection technologies.
• Experience in storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, AHV, RHV, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
