Job Description
Veeam, the leading provider of data resilience solutions, is seeking an Enterprise Senior Systems Engineer to join their team in Mexico City. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, providing technical expertise, and influencing customers and partners regarding Veeam's products and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data protection, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements.
- Conduct remote configuration reviews.
- Provide technical expertise on data protection.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Product Management.
- Manage accounts at a technical level.
- Support technical sales cycles.
- Organize work efficiently using tools like Salesforce.com.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in solution sales, technical presales, post-sales, or technical support.
- Bilingual English
- Industry-based expertise in data protection technologies.
- Experience in storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, AHV, RHV, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and other enterprise applications.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
