Territory Manager at Veeam Software

The Territory Manager role at Veeam involves developing business with new and existing commercial segment customers within a specified territory. This role necessitates a proactive approach to sales, working closely with regional sales teams and partners to close deals and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include:

• Developing sales activities with new customers.
• Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Developing sales pipeline through proactive calling.
• Working with regional sales teams to advance opportunities.
• Closing business with Veeam partners.
• Meeting individual and team revenue targets.
• Driving account strategies and coordinating team selling efforts.
• Entering forecasting and account details in Salesforce.
• Participating in marketing activities.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
• At least three (3) years of sales experience in software.
• Experience in business-to-business selling.
• Strong closing skills.
• Knowledge of large distributors and VARs.
• Knowledge of virtualization industry.
• Knowledge of SalesForce.
