Job Description
Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Customer Success Representative in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on managing territory renewal and expansion goals within the Velocity segment, with a strong emphasis on exceeding quotas and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Success Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining customer retention and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieving quota related to territory renewal and expansion.
  • Managing and growing contracts within the assigned territory.
  • Removing obstacles to renewal and ensuring customer retention.
  • Monitoring expiring agreements and executing timely actions.
  • Providing timely proposals and quotes.
  • Handling customer and partner inquiries related to pricing and up-selling.
  • Cold calling customers with lapsed support to reactivate them.
  • Collaborating with sales and other teams to ensure customer retention.
  • Identifying and pursuing maintenance reinstatement opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Managing inbound renewal inquiries.
  • Prioritizing workload to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or a combination of education and experience).
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy and motivated self-starter.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce.com (desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry.
