Veeam is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on generating new demand for the channel and sales organization through outbound calling and engaging with potential clients. The Sales Development Representative will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
High level of outbound calling to generate new demand
Engage with potential clients through various communication channels
Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
Track and manage account info in Salesforce
Meet identified monthly KPIs
Provide outstanding customer service
Stay informed about industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone)
