The Sales Development Representative at Veeam is responsible for generating new demand for the channel and sales organization. They will engage with potential clients and identifying their needs to present tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • High level of outbound calling to generate new demand
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Track and manage account info within Salesforce
  • Meet identified monthly KPIs
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Stay informed about industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone)
  • A passion for and a willingness to learn about products and services
