Job Description
Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking an Associate Manager for Renewals & Customer Success in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves executing sales strategies, managing a team of renewal representatives, and ensuring the team meets its KPIs. The Associate Manager will also be responsible for employee goal setting, performance management, and career development.
Responsibilities include:
- Executing sales strategies to meet or exceed team revenue targets.
- Establishing and reporting on metrics to measure team performance.
- Ensuring alignment with corporate revenue goals.
- Managing a team of renewal representatives and ensuring KPI attainment.
- Coordinating sales activities and mentoring staff.
- Acting as a point of contact for operational and work-related issues.
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with staff.
- Facilitating problem-solving and collaboration.
- Conducting pipeline reviews and providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Maintaining the Veeam CRM system (Salesforce.com).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Fluency in English and German.
- B2B sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the virtualization industry.
- Proficiency in MSOffice tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
- Strong interest in technology innovation.
- Good coaching and mentoring skills.
