Veeam, the global market leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking an Associate Manager, Renewals & Customer Success to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves executing sales strategies, managing a team of renewal representatives, and ensuring the team meets its KPIs.

The Associate Manager will be responsible for employee goal setting, performance management, and career planning. The role also requires establishing and reporting on metrics to measure team performance and ensuring the team is adequately staffed and trained.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales strategies to meet or exceed team revenue targets.
  • Managing a team of renewal representatives.
  • Ensuring the team is adequately staffed and trained.
  • Monitoring and coaching new hires to improve performance.
  • Conducting pipeline reviews and providing accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluency in English and German
  • B2B sales experience of high-tech products/services (preferred)
  • Knowledge of virtualization industry
  • Proficiency in MSOffice and Salesforce.com
