Job Description

Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking an Associate Manager for Renewals & Customer Success in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves executing sales strategies, managing a team of renewal representatives, and ensuring the team meets its KPIs. The Associate Manager will also be responsible for employee goal setting, performance management, and career development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales strategies to meet or exceed team revenue targets.
  • Establishing and reporting on metrics to measure team performance.
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate revenue goals.
  • Managing a team of renewal representatives and ensuring KPI attainment.
  • Coordinating sales activities and mentoring staff.
  • Acting as a point of contact for operational and work-related issues.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with staff.
  • Facilitating problem-solving and collaboration.
  • Conducting pipeline reviews and providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintaining the Veeam CRM system (Salesforce.com).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • B2B sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the virtualization industry.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Strong interest in technology innovation.
  • Good coaching and mentoring skills.
