Job Description
Veeam is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify new account opportunities. The SDR will use phone, email, social media, and chat to connect with prospects and foster meaningful interactions. This role involves qualifying marketing-generated demand and engaging with buying groups to validate buying signals.

Role Involves:
  • Generating new demand for the channel and sales team.
  • Qualifying marketing-generated demand.
  • Identifying and reaching out to decision-makers.
  • Nurturing prospects using various touch tactics.
  • Tracking and managing account info in Salesforce.
  • Engaging in productive conversations with target buyer personas.
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Coordinating sales activities within the Veeam team.

Requirements:
  • Professional level of English and French.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Outbound calling experience is a plus.
  • Technical understanding of storage backup and cloud backup is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media and social selling best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
