Veeam, a leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking a Territory Manager in Germany to develop business with partners and customers. This role involves working with the partner sales community to close sales opportunities, identify and develop new business, and upsell to existing customers.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and closing business with defined accounts
- Leveraging partners to close sales with their end customers
- Making cold calls to develop sales activities with new end users
- Upselling and cross-selling to the existing customer base
- Forecasting and managing account/opportunity details in Salesforce
- Proposing, coordinating, and participating in marketing activities
Requirements include:
- Direct, new business sales experience
- Experience with Virtualization, Cloud & SaaS technology
- Experience of selling through channel and direct
- A track record of selling to IT infrastructure specialists
- Proven ability to develop new sales
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
- High-energy salesperson
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort traveling for at least 50% of the time
- A current full driving license
- Business proficient language skills in German & English
