Veeam, the global market leader in data resilience, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to develop and close business with Enterprise Accounts in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in driving Veeam's growth within the KSA region. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and aspire to be the best.
Responsibilities: - Develop and close business with named major accounts throughout Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with the channel community to leverage business opportunities.
- Engage in solution selling to cultivate existing customers, focusing on acquiring new customer applications.
- Provide accurate forecasting and maintain detailed account/opportunity records in Salesforce.
- Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Grow the pipeline by collaborating with the local team, System Engineers, and Channel & Alliance Partner sales teams.
- Conduct direct customer-facing enterprise sales activities alongside Channel and Alliance Partners.
- Build strong relationships with executives, articulate Veeam’s solutions and business value, create demand, and close deals.
- Develop a pipeline focusing on short-, medium-, and long-term revenue opportunities.
- Effectively execute account and opportunity plans to drive demand and revenue generation.
Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of Digital Transformation, including Cloud/SaaS migration and Cyber Protection & Recovery expertise.
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales, including field sales and account management within Saudi Arabia.
- Track record of successfully selling to enterprise businesses, showcasing the ability to secure new business.
- Established relationships with top-tier enterprise accounts and the ability to establish new connections.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies.
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
- Self-starter with quick learning abilities.
