Veeam is seeking a Senior Manager for the Field Sales Channel team in Eastern Europe. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with channel partners including Resellers, Hosting partners, Distributors, and Service Delivery partners to drive sales growth. The Senior Manager will lead a team of experienced Partner Managers and Distribution Managers, implementing channel strategies and fostering synergies within the channel ecosystem.Role involves:
- Achieving revenue targets for the Eastern European territory
- Developing and growing the Cloud Partners business in the territory
- Creating Joint Business Plans for top partners
- Driving strategic initiatives within the Channel and Alliances ecosystem
- Developing action plans to drive growth in the BaaS and Enterprise markets
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of leadership/people management experience
- Deep knowledge of the Eastern European market and its channel ecosystem
- Solid technical and sales background
- At least 5 years of channel management experience
- Proven track record of implementing successful channel strategies
- Ability to travel throughout the territory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English
