Veeam is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business sales within key commercial accounts in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role involves fostering strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborating with internal teams to promote Veeam’s data protection and cloud management solutions. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and closing business individually and through the partner network.
  • Driving new business sales activity with a focus on Commercial accounts in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia and Top accounts in Bahrain.
  • Generating pipeline as part of daily routine.
  • Up-selling and cross-selling in the territory.
  • Establishing plans and strategies for engaging with the largest customers in the territory.
  • Forecasting revenue expectations and reporting on activities.
  • Coordinating and participating in marketing activities in the territory.
  • Attending weekly meetings in both Eastern Province and Bahrain (50/50).

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in Eastern Province & Bahrain.
  • Proven track record of surpassing targets.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to accurately forecast outcomes.
  • Experience working with commercial, small & medium, and/or enterprise organizations.
  • Experience with virtualization technology, cloud, and SaaS is a plus.
  • Track record of selling to IT infrastructure specialists.
  • Proven ability to develop new sales with end-users.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and be coachable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable traveling for at least 50% of the time.
  • Self-managed with a demonstrated growth mindset.
