Senior Territory Manager, Italy (North-East or Milan) at Veeam Software

Veeam, the leading provider of data protection and ransomware recovery solutions, is seeking a Senior Territory Manager for the North-East or Milan region of Italy. This role involves identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities with direct customer engagement and indirect engagement through partners. The Senior Territory Manager will develop and execute a territory plan in collaboration with an internal team and business partners to support Veeam's growth. The role involves:

• Driving new business initiatives in strategic Commercial accounts in North East and North of Italy.
• Prospecting, qualifying, and closing business opportunities through direct touch and partner network.
• Generating pipeline as a daily routine.
• Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Forecasting revenue and reporting activities.
• Coordinating and participating in marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• 5+ years of sales experience with commercial and enterprise organizations.
• Experience with datacenter, virtualization, cloud, and aaS solutions.
• Established network among Italian IT resellers.
• Proven ability to develop new sales with end-users.
• Self-starter with quick learning ability and coachability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for at least 50% of the time.
• Valid driving license.
• Ideally located in Milan or North East of Italy.
