Veeam, a global leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Middle East region, based in Bucharest, Romania. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the channel sales team and partners to sell Veeam's products and services within an assigned territory, primarily via telephone, email, and other electronic sales techniques. This role involves prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales, contributing to the company's continued growth.
  • Generates sales within Sales Team.
  • Drives key business and technical benefits mapped to the end user requirements.
  • Coordinates sales activities with partners.
  • Maximizes coverage within the defined region.
  • Provides forecasting and account opportunity.
  • Teams up with channel sales and system engineers.
  • Updates and maintains the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com).
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 2 years of B2B sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to establish positive relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Virtualization industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Salesforce.com proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice tools.
  • Strong interest in technology innovation.
