Job Description
Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with German language skills to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. This role involves collaborating with the channel sales team and partners to sell Veeam's products and services within an assigned territory, specifically Germany, via telephone and electronic communication. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales, contributing to the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • Generating sales within the assigned territory (Germany).
  • Driving key business and technical benefits mapped to end-user requirements.
  • Coordinating sales activities with partners and resellers.
  • Maximizing coverage within the defined region.
  • Providing forecasting and account opportunity updates.
  • Teaming up with channel sales and system engineers.
  • Maintaining the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com).

Requirements:
  • Proven B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English & German.
  • Salesforce.com proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools.
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation.
