Veeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. This role focuses on selling Veeam's products and services within an assigned territory (Germany) via telephone, collaborating with channel sales and partners to drive revenue growth. The Inside Sales Representative will identify and close new business, maximize coverage within the defined region, and penetrate organizations with Veeam products. They will also provide forecasting and account opportunity updates, maintaining the Veeam CRM system.

Responsibilities include:
  • Generating sales within assigned territory (Germany)
  • Driving business and technical benefits mapped to end-user requirements
  • Coordinating sales activities with partners and resellers
  • Penetrating organizations with Veeam products
  • Providing forecasting and account opportunity updates
  • Updating and maintaining the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com)

Requirements include:
  • Proven B2B sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams
  • Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English & German
  • Salesforce.com proficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation
