Veeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the channel sales team and partners to sell Veeam's products and services within an assigned territory via telephone. The role involves prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales, utilizing email and other electronic sales techniques. Responsibilities include generating sales, driving business benefits, coordinating sales activities, maximizing coverage, providing forecasting, and maintaining the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com).Responsibilities:
  • Generates sales within assigned territory
  • Drives key business and technical benefits mapped to the end user requirements
  • Coordinates sales activities with partners and resellers
  • Maximizes coverage within the defined region
  • Provides forecasting and account opportunity as needed
  • Consistently achieving individual and team quotas
  • Teams up withchannel sales and system engineers the territory on planning and execution
  • Updates and maintains the Veeam CRM system
Requirements:
  • Italian language B2 level and above
  • English language (fluent level)
  • 2 years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams
  • Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Virtualization industry is a plus
  • Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation
