Job Description
Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead to manage and lead inside sales teams focused on English-speaking Africa. This role involves overseeing sales operations and strategies for both new and existing Veeam Software customers. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be based in Bucharest, Romania.
  • Leads a team of 5 Inside Sales Representatives and/or Channel Representatives
  • Manages team performance against quotas and sales forecasts
  • Maintains and promotes a positive work environment
  • Trains new hires and provides coaching
  • Drives revenue and contributes to Veeam's growth
  • Monitors daily sales activities
  • Develops and drives performance metrics
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and other departments
  • Ensures CRM system (Salesforce.com) is updated
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in team development and achieving results
  • Skilled motivator with coaching abilities
  • Proven track record in inside sales
  • Excellent management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies
  • CRM systems experience (SalesForce.com preferred)
  • Virtualization technology knowledge (VMware and/or Microsoft desirable)
  • Knowledge of storage vendors and partners
  • Excellent English; additional language a plus
