Job Description
Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead to manage and lead inside sales teams focused on English-speaking Africa. This role involves overseeing sales operations and strategies for both new and existing Veeam Software customers. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be based in Bucharest, Romania.
- Leads a team of 5 Inside Sales Representatives and/or Channel Representatives
- Manages team performance against quotas and sales forecasts
- Maintains and promotes a positive work environment
- Trains new hires and provides coaching
- Drives revenue and contributes to Veeam's growth
- Monitors daily sales activities
- Develops and drives performance metrics
- Collaborates with stakeholders and other departments
- Ensures CRM system (Salesforce.com) is updated
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in team development and achieving results
- Skilled motivator with coaching abilities
- Proven track record in inside sales
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Knowledge of sales methodologies
- CRM systems experience (SalesForce.com preferred)
- Virtualization technology knowledge (VMware and/or Microsoft desirable)
- Knowledge of storage vendors and partners
- Excellent English; additional language a plus
