The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in generating new demand and promoting Veeam's technology solutions.

The role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The Sales Development Representative will also collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to generate new demand
• Engage with potential clients through various communication channels
• Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Track and manage account info in Salesforce
• Meet identified monthly KPIs
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Stay informed about industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Fluent Italian & English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
