Veeam, the leading provider of data protection and ransomware recovery solutions, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team in Bucharest. This role is a fixed-term contract position.The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new demand through outbound calling and engaging with potential clients via various communication channels. The individual will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.Responsibilities include:
  • High level of outbound calling to generate new demand
  • Engaging with potential clients through various communication channels
  • Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Tracking and managing account info in Salesforce
  • Meeting monthly KPIs
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Staying informed about industry trends
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Fluent Spanish & English (reading/writing/speaking)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent correspondence skills (Outlook, Instant Messaging, and over the phone)
