Veeam is seeking a Global Alliance Coordinator to support the Office of Alliances Business Management, Alliance Order Management, and Alliance Sales teams. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing programs, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating order fulfillment for Veeam Alliances.
  • Managing Veeam resources for Alliance programs.
  • Managing the Microsoft Partner Connect deal registration program.
  • Tracking and reporting on Microsoft deal registrations.
  • Coordinating Alliance Partner Program requirements.
  • Assisting Veeam Sales, Alliances, and Order Processing.
  • Resolving customer concerns regarding POs.
  • Completing tasks related to Office of Global Alliance Business Management.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with HW manufacturer Supply Chain processes.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Adaptability to changing roles.
