Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source and attract talent for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across Japan and the APJ region. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to provide recruitment advice, particularly within the sales business units.The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including maintaining the ATS, writing job ads, scheduling interviews, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting reference checks, and generating contracts. They will ensure excellent candidate and customer-focused service throughout the hiring cycle, applying project management skills to enable cost-efficient recruitment.This role offers the opportunity to advocate for Veeam's employer brand and company values, positioning the company as a great place to work.
Role Responsibilities: - Recruit for Sales roles with end-to-end ownership.
- Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies.
- Work independently in an ambiguous environment.
- Use data to inform recruitment strategy.
Requirements: - 4+ years of corporate (in-house) technical end-to-end recruiting experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers.
- ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Boolean search expertise and proficiency in using sourcing tools.
- Strong communication skills in Japanese & English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of recruitment experience.
- Ability to leverage various sourcing channels to attract diverse talent.
