Veeam, a global leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role focuses on proactively sourcing and attracting exceptional talent for Veeam across Japan and the APJ Region, specifically for the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate closely with senior leadership to build trusted partnerships and offer exceptional recruitment advice, primarily within the sales business units.Responsibilities include:
  • End-to-end recruitment activities
  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Writing job advertisements
  • Interview scheduling
  • Conducting interviews
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment process
  • Performing reference checks, offer approval, and contract generation
Requirements include:
  • 4+ years of corporate (in-house) technical end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers
  • ATS experience, preferably with Greenhouse
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Boolean search expertise
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
